Take combined ownership of production KPIs and drive performance improvements
Lead corrective actions with teams using structured problem-solving techniques
Identify and implement process improvements across production and subcontract suppliers
Manage and update CAD drawings, technical documentation, and work instructions
Optimize line balancing and production flow to enhance efficiency and support NPI success
BSc in Engineering discipline – Mech. Engineering/Manufacturing Systems/ Quality/Mechatronics (Desirable)
Hands-on experience in manufacturing with strong knowledge of quality, production methods, and Lean principles
Skilled in mechanical assembly and proficient in CAD, ideally with Creo/3D CAD expertise
Involved in NPI processes with PFMEA experience; project management skills are a plus
Strong problem-solving, planning abilities, and able to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment
Quality-driven mindset with pride in delivering work that meets high standards and compliance
