- Support the manufacturing floor by addressing process-related questions.
- Lead training efforts to enhance process understanding.
- Participate in or lead process improvements within production systems.
- Assist in developing departmental and organizational procedures.
- Initiate, justify, and implement capital purchases and improvement projects.
- Create, maintain, and develop new process documentation, training materials, and engineering tools.
- Implement complex engineering changes and act as a change agent.
- Bachelor's degree in a technical or scientific field.
- Over 4 years of professional manufacturing engineering experience or a combination of experience and advanced degree.
- Understanding of machining processes, fixturing, and tooling required to manufacture a part.
- Proficiency in Computer Numeric Controls (CNC) strategies and programming.
- Solid understanding of CAD modeling, CAM processing, and simulation of CNC processes/programs.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering and process drawings with GD&T application.
- Knowledge of inspection techniques and gauges, including Gauge R&R and SPC.
- Hands-on CNC experience.
- Programming experience in a CNC environment.
- Proficiency in 3D modeling CAD packages.
- Experience with secondary manufacturing processes.
- Knowledge of work analysis and lean six sigma.
- Experience with root cause and corrective action tools like fishbone diagrams.
- Technical degree beyond an associate's level.

Work Environment
The work environment involves collaborating with HR for workday notifications and technical issue submissions. Onboarding typically takes about two weeks, with schedules alternating every other week. Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $50000.00 - $120000.00/yr.
