This position is part of the Manufacturing Engineering – Fabrication team. The team is integral to the success of helping support the hundreds of metal fabricated parts we produce each day. The candidate will work cross functionally to support multiple facilities with respect to equipment safety compliance.

Primary Responsibilities

• Legacy equipment safety validations and upgrades
• Research, specify and justify new fabrication equipment
• Ensure that quality levels and industry standards are maintained or improved in the manufacturing process
• Help achieve goals for cost reduction, design for manufacturability and design for assembly through product development teams
• Solicit feedback from both internal and external customers for process, quality and safety improvements and lead or support implementation efforts
