- Weds-Sat 5pm-3:30am
- Act as the primary technical contact for production issues, resolving disturbances and implementing solutions to prevent recurrence.
- Manage defective materials for engineering evaluation and determine appropriate corrective actions.
- Update and modify shop orders to maintain continuous production flow.
- Create and enhance troubleshooting documentation for production test hardware.
- Experience in low-rate manufacturing environments and new product introduction.
- Knowledge of Lean manufacturing principles and practices.
- Proficiency in root cause analysis techniques (e.g., Fishbone, Fault Tree, DMAIC).
- Strong analytical, communication, and technical writing skills.
- Background in electrical system design, metrology, and mechanical failure analysis.

In this role you will play a critical role in building, testing, qualifying, and producing next-generation spacecraft. This position involves applying innovative solutions and advanced technologies to solve complex manufacturing and engineering challenges at both the system and component levels.

The pay range for this position is $66.70 - $66.70/hr.
