  On-site: This position requires an employee to be on-site on a full-time basis

  The Role:

  The career level manufacturing engineer should be able to work autonomously with occasional guidance from supervision. Skilled in equipment/tooling alternatives, sequence and flow of operations for the effective utilization of personnel, material, machines and facilities necessary for the production of parts. Work is performed in a centralized manufacturing engineering activity or assembly/plant activity where creativity and initiative is exercised as well as independent judgment.

  What You'll Do:

  Responsible for supporting activities that may include:

  • SORs and project management for tools, stations or specific technologies
  • Participating in manufacturing process definition and sequence of operations
  • Design, construction, integration, plant installation, successful launch and continuous improvement of equipment and tools required in plants for the production of high-quality parts
  • Maintain tool and gauge calibrations
  • Troubleshoot equipment and processes on the plant floor
  • Providing technical direction to and oversight of outside vendor sources
  • Work directly with union, skilled trade and hourly team members to drive improvement

  Your Skills & Abilities (Required Qualifications):

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or equivalent experience
  • 2+ years of engineering experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Previous experience using SolidWorks

  Compensation:

  • The expected base compensation for this role is: $65,646-$100,546. Actual base compensation within the identified range will vary based on factors relevant to the position.
  • Bonus Potential: An incentive pay program offers payouts based on company performance, job level, and individual performance.
