Job Description
- Req#: DT-8372
- Coordinate and manage workshops to understand the system limitations and help to support the overall DTNA strategy. Support Logistics Control System LCS project efforts. Manage projects to plan material flow and equipment required to conduct the entire material flow from Point of Receiving at the Dock to the Point of Use.
- Implement Logistics standards implemented in LCS controlled DTNA facilities.
- Lead and support the development and implementation of Non-Product projects (NPP's) that bring our plants closer to Reference Factory standards.
- Drive communication efforts between Operations, Manufacturing Engineering Data analytics, Facilities and other departments.
- Track budgets and associated project plans of logistics projects & processes.

Position objectives:
Manufacturing engineering is working on digitalization of manufacturing and logistics processes.
This position is part of the Corp ME team and supports logistics & material flow planning efforts to support digitalization efforts.
Goal is to manage Logistics Projects for new product development/introduction, quality and capacity increases.
Candidate should be goal oriented and have an undisputed will to succeed in this position.
Person attaining this position will report to Manufacturing Engineering Logistics Manager and work closely with other OU's in the plants.
Indispensable Requirements (Candidates who do not meet these requirements may disqualified):
• Parts manufacturing experience is preferred
• Experience leading in a blue collar and white collar
• Technical competence in the fields of Engineering, Production,
• Lean Manufacturing and TOS knowledge
Degree: Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Manufacturing Planning, Electrical engineering, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science or related from an accredited university/college (At least 1 year of group lead or project lead experience preferred)
