      Description:

      - Improve manufacturing processes for cost reduction, waste and efficiency

      - NPI development and writing manufacturing plans for new products

      - Develop, validate & document standardized, optimal & efficient inspection methods for the Machine Shop in-process inspection that is correlated with post-process inspection results

      - New part inspection process and tooling

      - Research and design new processes

      - Design tooling equipment and enhancements
