- 6 to 8 years of experience in industrial engineering, automation, and project management.
- Strong understanding of mechanical engineering principles including fluid mechanics, design, PLC programming, and industrial automation.
- Ability to draft and read technical drawings.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Suite with an emphasis on Outlook and Excel.
- CAD Experience with ERP systems and various PLC programming.
- Knowledge of Lean manufacturing principles.

Job Title: Manufacturing Engineer
Job Description
As a Manufacturing Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in taking responsibility for the equipment engineering aspects in relation to production, manufacturing, and facility machinery. You will have the opportunity to conceptualize new equipment, modify and update current equipment, create standard operating procedures for machinery, and ensure production lines operate efficiently and safely. The ideal candidate will have a drive for continuous improvement and optimization of the manufacturing process, be open to collaboration with other engineering disciplines and maintenance teams, and be focused on optimizing our manufacturing process. This role will require installation, troubleshooting, training, and proper documentation based on the needs of the operations.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $80000.00 - $110000.00/yr.

This is a fully onsite position in Swedesboro,NJ.
