      We are currently recruiting highly qualified candidates, whose background and career goals meet our needs, for the following position in our Huntsville, AL facility. Please note that due to our Department of Defense contract requirements, U.S. CITIZENSHIP IS REQUIRED.

      Job Title: Manufacturing Equipment Maintenance Technician

      Nature of Work:

      We are looking for a motivated individual who will perform preventative maintenance and maintenance tasks for Electronic Production Assembly.

      Day-to-Day Duties and Responsibilities to Include:

      • Dismantle, adjust, repair, and assemble manufacturing equipment according to layout plans, blueprints, operating or repair manuals, rough sketches or drawings.
      • Monitor, plan and execute all preventative maintenance and tasks for production equipment.
      • Rebuild manufacturing equipment as required.
      • Adjust and troubleshoot Production Equipment as needed.
      • Conveyor/PCB loader repair.
      • Wave Solder repair.
      • PCB de-stacker adjustments and repair
      • Feeder repair
      • Production floor support.

      Qualifications:

      • Two year technical degree required, or applicable experience in lieu of degree
      • 1-2 years of Technician experience
      • Working knowledge of Fuji, Siemens chip shooters and Reflow ovens.
      • Individual must have a high level of mechanical aptitude and Hi-tech maintenance background.
      • Must be able to read Blueprints and Schematics.
      • Have great attention to detail.
      • Ability to lift up to 35 pounds.
      • Should have good problem solving ability and be a team player.
      • Must be highly self-motivated and be able to work with minimum supervision.

      These are the primary duties of the position; however, the qualified applicant may be asked to perform other duties as instructed by the supervisor for production necessity.
