Supports production workers and staff in various production related tasks.

Performs simple shop operations by buffing, sandblasting, deburring, hand grinding, assembling, planishing, forming, tumbling, part washing, and/or part marking.

Carries supplies to workstations.

Sorts and examines parts to verify conformance with Company standards.

Maintains and cleans production areas as needed. Keeps shop area clean by sweeping, mopping, and operating a floor scrubber. Cleans up spills and stains.

Performs simple maintenance tasks such as painting, cleaning, changing filters or light bulbs.

Proceeds under direct supervision.

Demonstrates thorough knowledge of and conformity with Ace Precision Quality System work instruction requirements that govern operations.

Maintains or exceeds production standards through efficient organization and planning.

Follows and complies with safety policies and procedures.

Accurately completes all required documentation.

Meets attendance policy requirements.

Contributes to team effort by assisting in areas as needed.

Flexible or part time hours available during these shift times:
1st shift hours are Monday - Friday 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM.
Split shift hours are Monday - Thursday 12:30 PM - 11:00 PM (4 10-hour days) with 10% shift premium for hours worked after 4:00P.
2nd shift hours are Monday - Thursday 4:00 PM - 2:00 AM (4 10-hour days) with 10% shift premium.
JOB SUMMARY:
Performs a variety of tasks to assist in production activities, which may include some or all of the following duties.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
Currently enrolled and attending high school or college program with interest in manufacturing field.LANGUAGE SKILLS:
Ability to read English and understand sketches, routings, safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to communicate effectively with employees and other Company stakeholders.MATHEMATICAL SKILLS:
Requires the ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide decimals and fractions.REASONING ABILITY:
