- Conduct all job duties with Safety as a priority and in compliance with Safety Rules
- Comply with and maintain areas to 5S standards
- Repair the vessels and ladles that hold the metal using air tools and patching material.
- Operate forklift, hoist and overhead crane.
- Observe all company rules and regulations
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to stand on feet for long periods, strength in arms and legs
- Ability to work in a hot environment
Appleton Electric, an Emerson owned metal casting foundry located in South Milwaukee, WI, is currently seeking an individual to join our 3rd shift. In this role, you are responsible for the repair of the ladles and vessels that hold the metal. The rate of pay is $20.76/hour plus a $.40/hour shift differential. Great opportunities for growth.
Some of the benefits for this position include overtime on hours worked over 8 hours in a day, prorated two weeks’ vacation and up to 12 weeks of paid parental leave.
