  Join a rapidly growing aerospace manufacturing company in a temp-to-hire role as a Manufacturing Lead and play a key role in overseeing production operations at their Mesa facility. Specializing in power cables that connect solar panels to electrical boxes, this company seeks motivated individuals to support their team and enhance operational efficiency.
  
  
  Position Details:
  Shift Details: Work Thursday-Saturday with every other Wednesday
  
  
  Day Shift Lead: 5 AM – 5 PM
  Night Shift Lead: 5 PM – 5 AM
  
  
  Pay Rate: $22/hr
  
  
  Pay Increase upon conversion:
  • Nights: +$1.50/hr
  • Days: +$1.00/hr
  Job Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and coordinate daily manufacturing operations to ensure production goals are met efficiently and safely.
  • Lead and mentor a team of production associates, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure high-quality output.
  • Identify opportunities to optimize workflows, reduce waste, and enhance overall productivity.
  • Monitor product quality to ensure all products meet company and industry standards, addressing any defects or inconsistencies.
  • Enforce safety protocols and ensure all team members adhere to company policies and OSHA regulations.
  • Partner with Supervisors on any team relations and/or product issues.
  Qualifications:
  • Transportation: Must have own vehicle/reliable transportation.
  • Education: High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Physical Requirements: Must be able to stand for a full 12-hour shift (with breaks provided).
  • Availability: Open availability required due to the attendance policy. Candidates must disclose any upcoming trips, medical appointments, or other time-off needs for the next three months.
  • Experience: Previous experience in manufacturing, preferably in a leadership or supervisory role.
  • Skills: Strong understanding of production processes, quality control, and safety regulations. Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment with a proactive and problem-solving mindset. Excellent communication and leadership skills.
