Job Description

- Operate and maintain equipment
- Perform adjustments on machine per job instructions
- Meet and exceed production standards and maintaining customer quality requirements
- Communicate job status and production concerns/issues during shift change
- Follow all safety policies and procedures
- Adhere to all current Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Troubleshoot problems with minimum delay time
- Communicate with Management on any problems developing and corrective action
- Work with urgency when equipment is down to maintain production requirements
- Continue learning new and improved processes to achieve increased production
- Facilitate teamwork among team members and between shifts
- Perform other duties as assigned
- 2 years of manufacturing experience (Print Industry Preferred)
- High school diploma or GED required
- Able to lift and move 50 pounds or more repeatedly
- Willingness to work overtime when needed
- Ability to apply written and verbal instructions for machine set-up
- Good interpersonal skills to effectively interact with team members
- Must demonstrate reliability through attendance, punctuality, and ability to stay in work area
- Must be able to foster team cooperation

Hours: 7AM-3PM
Job Summary
This position is responsible for operating or assisting in a direct mail manufacturing environment with a focus on reduction in cost related errors, exceeding client expectation, and driving a safe workplace. This position helps to prepare the highest quality mailing pieces/packages as required by operating high speed folder machinery efficiently and safely
