      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

      - Conduct manufacturing-level discovery within significant end user accounts to identify process improvement opportunities

      - Identify and document current manufacturing constraints in the welding environment

      - Develop, validate, and execute customer-advantageous solutions to deliver value

      - Utilize welding sales tools during manufacturing level discovery to develop customized ROI-based solutions

      - Collaborate with divisional and regional sales resources to create effective and measurable solutions

      What is Required (Qualifications):

      - Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Welding Engineering

      - Additional certifications in welding processes (e.g., Certified Welding Inspector - CWI) would be beneficial

      - Extensive experience in manufacturing processes, with a specialization in welding techniques and technologies

      - Strong knowledge of welding processes and codes, including Gas Metal Arc Welding (GMAW), Gas Tungsten Arc Welding (GTAW), Shielded Metal Arc Welding (SMAW), and Resistance Spot Welding (RSW)

      - Proficient in interpreting engineering drawings, specifications, and welding symbols

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

      - Experience in developing and executing value-based sales strategies within significant end user accounts

      - Familiarity with non-destructive testing (NDT) methods for weld quality inspections

      - Proficiency in utilizing CRM software such as Microsoft D365
