      Shift Pattern (Days/Nights) – 4 on 4 off, 2 days 2 nights, 12 hr shifts, 6am-6pm / 6pm – 6am

We are currently seeking a dedicated Manufacturing Process Operator for our Fluenz manufacturing site in Liverpool. This is a 100% on-site role where you will be part of shaping the future of Operations at AstraZeneca.

      Accountabilities:
      As a Manufacturing Process Operator, you will be responsible for aligning with required standards regarding documentation, good housekeeping, cGMP, health and safety, timekeeping, and regulatory legislative requirements. You will ensure Operational Excellence is integrated into the team’s responsibilities, embracing a philosophy of continuous improvement and a “Right First Time From Me” attitude to all operations. Your duties will include completing batch records and associated documentation accurately, ensuring stock availability, conducting production duties, maintaining equipment in the department, and participating in projects as needed.

      Essential Skills/Experience:
      • Previous experience in a GMP environment
      • High standard of hygiene and understanding of cGMP
      • Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills
      • Proven problem-solving skills
      • Experience of working in a highly regulated environment

      Desirable Skills/Experience:
      • Knowledge of IT Systems e.g. Microsoft Office, SAP,LIMS
      • Proven continuous improvements skills
      • Experience of Pharmaceutical Operations
      • Knowledge of GMP and SHE requirements
