  Job Description: Project Engineer

  We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Project Engineer to join our team. This role is responsible for process documentation, standards, quality improvements, and cost reductions. The successful candidate will split their time equally between the office and the manufacturing floor, leading process improvements and supporting product development.

  Responsibilities

  • Lead process improvements and identify ways to make manufacturing more cost-effective.
  • Support product development and assist with development prototypes.
  • Develop, evaluate, and improve manufacturing methods.
  • Estimate production times, staffing requirements, and related costs.
  • Create and maintain process documentation and standards.

  Essential Skills

  • 5+ years of related experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Proficiency in CAD, with a preference for Solidworks and AutoCAD.
  • Experience working on the manufacturing floor.
  • Familiarity with PPAP processes and procedures.
  • Experience in mass production manufacturing.

  Additional Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience with CMM or CNC equipment is a plus.
  • Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles.
  • Experience in the aerospace industry is a plus.

  Pay and Benefits

  The pay range for this position is $75000.00 - $95000.00/yr.
