What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage a range of medium to large engineering projects
- Oversee project staff of 5-15 engineering professionals, both internal and consulting
- Ensure project planning, deliverables, and spending forecasts meet safety, cost, and performance criteria
- Interact with equipment vendors, contractors, and government agencies as part of project execution
- Travel approximately 75% for site visits to manufacturing plants and suppliers

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering with 4 years of Project Management Experience
- OR 8 years of equivalent Project Management experience in the food, pharmaceutical, or industrial industries
- Direct accountability for projects with complexity of at least $5 million
- End-to-end Project Management Experience
- Legally authorized to work in the United States without requiring employer sponsorship
