      The Manufacturing Quality Engineer is responsible for supporting the quality assurance of manufacturing processes by applying quality tools, resolving production issues, and contributing to continuous improvement. This position will focus on standard problemsolving, inspection criteria, and support of internal quality metrics.

      About Your Job:

      •Follow up on internal and external quality issues and implement corrective actions (8D, 5 Why, Fishbone).

      • Monitor and improve quality KPIs: Scrap, FTQ, PPM, Customer Complaints, RMA’s.

      • Conduct process audits and support Layered Process Audits (LPA).

      • Assist in the creation and revision of visual standards and work instructions.

      • Support engineering changes and process validations.

      • Assist in the analysis of test failures and basic root cause identification.

      • Collaborate with production, maintenance, and engineering teams.

      About You:

      • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Electronics, Mechatronics, Industrial, or related).

      • 1–3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.

      • Basic knowledge of quality systems and tools (ISO 9001, IATF 16949, Core Tools).

      • Basic understanding of electronics (components, polarity, diagrams).

      • Familiar with manual and automated soldering processes.

      • Basic use of measurement equipment (multimeter, caliper, oscilloscope).

      • Comfortable with Excel; familiarity with data analysis tools is a plus.

      • English: Not required, but considered a plus
