- Able to work Monday - Friday; First Shift of either 6:30am - 3:00pm or 7:00am - 3:30pm, depending on the department.
- Some jobs require that you must be 18 years old. Seventeen-year-old high school seniors may be considered for some positions. If you have graduated high school, you must be currently attending college or enrolled for fall 2024.
- Any prior work experience desired. Experience in manufacturing a plus.
- Physical requirements include being able to lift 20-50 lbs. floor to waist and standing all day.
- Load/move/inspect parts or raw materials
- Pack and transfer finished goods
- Sort and pack sub-assembly units
- Machine operating
- Starting wage is very competitive.
- May be eligible for up to four hours/day of holiday pay.

Flexco is seeking high school seniors or college students for positions in manufacturing. We have several fulltime, seasonal jobs and paid internships available. This is a great opportunity to gain experience in shipping, receiving, assembly, packing products, picking orders, and operating machines. These are entry-level positions; on-the-job training will be provided.
