What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide technical expertise and support for the implementation and optimization of SMOM systems and associated processes
- Troubleshoot and support legacy MES systems to ensure smooth digital manufacturing operations
- Develop and maintain data flows for generating reports and dashboards to enhance decision-making
- Support the growth of SMOM and ensure all system documentation is updated and accessible
- Conduct training and build organizational capability in digital manufacturing practices

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree and/or a minimum of 5 years of experience in Information Technology or Engineering
- Proven experience leading IT projects and programs
- Thorough knowledge of GE Plant Apps and AVEVA PI Systems
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office and process controls
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and respond to service call-ins

- Familiarity with electrical and systems safety standards
- Strong communication skills with fluency in English
- Proven ability to analyze and solve complex problems effectively
