Communicate and coordinate across multiple operational groups daily

Disassemble customer-owned weapons and systems

Clean parts thoroughly to remove residue, grease, and contaminants

Perform bead blasting, deburring, and dry film applications

Conduct detailed analytical inspections of parts and components
-
Submit requests for replacement parts as required

Reassemble systems post-analysis and prepare for quality inspection

U.S. Citizenship required

High school diploma or GED
-
Minimum 2 years of experience in a manufacturing or mechanical environment (or equivalent education/experience)

Strong mechanical aptitude and familiarity with basic tools

Ability to work independently and manage tasks autonomously

Willingness to work in a hands-on, physically engaging role

Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
-
Prior experience with firearms, weapon systems, or cannons

Experience performing analytical assessments on mechanical systems
