- High School diploma or equivalent
- Must successfully complete and pass the Northeast Mississippi Community College Drilling and Drafting program within a reasonable time period, as defined by the company to meet its business need (prior to starting)
- Must have the ability to obtain and maintain a DOD Secret level clearance, including Special Program Access within a reasonable period, as defined by the company to meet its business needs. Clearance is required to start, but not to apply
- Ability to frequently move and position objects weighing up to 50lbs
- Ability to work in a standing position for extended periods
- Ability to work any shift depending on business needs
- Active DoD Secret Clearance
- Aircraft experience in a production or testing environment
- Experience using hand tools or measuring devices (Drills, grinders, sanders, cutting wheels, saws, tape measures, scales, micrometers, dial calipers, etc.)
- Experience working to electronic or paperwork instructions
- Ability to read engineering drawings

Our employees are not only part of history, they're making history.The Manufacturing Technician performs functions associated with all manufacturing operations, including working with engineers in set-up and calibration tasks, as well as performing rework and quality testing related to the production of parts, components, subassemblies and final assemblies. They use sophisticated programs to collect and evaluate operating data to conduct on-line adjustments to products, instruments or equipment. They also determine and may assist in developing methods and procedures to control or modify the manufacturing process.
This position can be filled at varying shift times including weekdays, nights and weekends. Shift differential paid during eligible shifts.
