Job Description

- Complete regular and irregular cleaning of operational areas with outstanding attention to detail.
- Perform assembly and cleaning of manufacturing equipment, ensuring compliance with SOPs and work instructions.
- Follow and maintain the daily production schedule to meet ambitious production targets.
- Support departmental functions by managing supplies, equipment, logbooks, and data.
- Document all activities to meet cGMP requirements and provide regular feedback.
- Participate actively in shift exchanges, meetings, and lean activities.
- Support quality investigations by providing detailed feedback and improvement suggestions.
- Promote and practice safe work habits, strictly adhering to safety guidelines.
- HS or equivalent experience required; 0-4 years’ experience required based on education.
- Experience in manufacturing and/or GMP environment preferred.
- Knowledge of cGMP practices, aseptic techniques, or chemical concepts preferred.
- Strong math skills

- Able to read, write, and communicate in English.
- Capable of understanding and carrying out instructions.
- Reliable and able to multi-task effectively.
- Adaptable to changes and able to work independently or as part of a team.
- Willingness to wear a full gowning suit, including bodysuit, gloves, hair & beard nets, face covers, and safety glasses.
- Adherence to clean room gowning requirements, including wearing Tyvek, Nitrile, and/or Latex gloves.
- Ability to lift a minimum of 25 lbs. independently.
- Ability to stand, walk, reach, stoop, kneel, and/or crouch for 80% of the shift.

Adherence to all Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) Safety Standards, Cleanroom: no hair products, jewelry, makeup, nail polish, perfume, exposed piercings, facial hair etc... allowed, Some degree of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) required (safety glasses, gowning, gloves, lab coat, ear plugs etc.)Job Description
