    • May specialize in color guard and visual design

    • Background in the Performing Arts

    • Marching Band Performing and/or Teaching Experience

    • Drum Corp Experience Preferred

    • High-quality oral and written communication skills

      Assistant Marching Band Director

      Job Goal: The Assistant Marching Band Director will assist in leading the marching band program at Hamilton High School under the leadership of the Band Director and the Supervisor of Fine Arts.

      Reports to: Supervisor of Fine Arts

      Essential Functions

      The assistant band director will:

      1. Serve as a role model for students

      4. Establish procedures that address all safety concerns

      5. Train team members in the areas of safety and care for each other
