- Provide actionable intelligence and insights on commercial analytics to defined stakeholders regarding, for example, Pricing, Product Mix, Segmentation, Profitability, Sales, Opportunities/Risks, Trends and KPI’s, Direct and Indirect business
- Work alongside other analysts to build a collaborative approach to Commercial Insights
- Carry out research as required to understand the business, market and competitive landscape to support more enhanced and advanced analytics and data
- Become the expert in Commercial Analytics for the assigned stakeholders
- Focus on learning and developing analytical skills
- Works on specified projects with supervision
- Communicates findings internally
- Associate's degree or 3 years of relevant experience
- Proven analytical skills
- Strong technical and computer skills (EXCEL, SAP, CRM, PP, Power BI, SQL, VBA).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Creative and flexible problem solver
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Ability to interact effectively with key internal and external stakeholders

About the Role
Essity Health and Medical Solutions is looking for an experienced Market Access Analyst focused on reporting. They will focus on building business knowledge, developing commercial insights, and providing valuable insights to marketing and sales partners to meet business goals.
The ideal candidate should/could live in Philadelphia, PA or Charlotte, NC.
