- Support the development and implementation of Market Access initiatives
- Collaborate on tools and evidence for national and local reimbursement
- Support national reimbursement processes for our pipeline portfolio
- Assist with Health Economics and Outcomes Research (HEOR) publications
- Support the training and roll out of market access material, including monitoring effectiveness of use
- Drive customer-centric, evidence-based decision making across the business by providing clear and impactful insights into the NHS
- Commercial mindset and ability to evaluate clinical and economic literature
- Strong numeric skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Willingness to travel within the UK and Ireland, with some limited international travel
- Highly collaborative and excellent interpersonal skills
- Effective communicator with strong verbal and written skills
- Driven, results-oriented, and motivated
- Highly organised with excellent planning and analytics skills
- Strong attention to detail and sound project management skills

As a Market Access Associate, you will collaborate closely with the Market Access and cross-functional teams across UK and Global functions to create and maximise value for our Chronic Care portfolios in the UK and Ireland. You will support the Market Access team to ensure all appropriate patients who would benefit from our products and services are provided with rapid and continuous access by developing and communicating data and tools to demonstrate the value of our products and services to Payers and UK health care bodies at the optimal price.
