- Lead and coordinate the cross-functional team to deliver Nordic and local health economic dossiers for reimbursement and projects to achieve maximal patient access for product throughout their life cycle
- Interact with different stakeholders/payers to raise the need for investment in new innovative drugs. This is achieved through external presence with Key Stakeholders/payers
- Capture knowledge of payer’s strategies, future health trends and news
- Implement agreed key strategy and activities to support therapeutic areas
- Contribute to and collaborate with business units to achieve the best possible position in national recommendations for all key brands
- Identify new arenas and new ways for assuring patients access to medicine
- Academic degree within health economics, pharmacy, business economics or equivalent
- Experience from similar kind of role in the pharma industry/or within public or private health care system
- Strong understanding of the external pharma environment in Norway. Shown ability interacting with and influencing stakeholders
- Confirmed understanding of the principles of tendering processes, HTA, shown scientific understanding and health economics
- Strategic thinking
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Project management skills
- Proficient in Norwegian and English -- spoken and written
- Previous exposure and/or experience in other functional areas of the pharmaceutical business i.e. Sales, Marketing, diagnostics, Medical or Health Economics
- Experienced within immuno-oncology and/or other oncology areas
- Strong business understanding of the Pharma industry

We are now seeking an experienced Market Access Manager to join our team in Norway. In this role you are responsible for developing and implementing the Market Access and reimbursement strategies across our portfolio (including oncology products) to ensure our medicines can continue to have the biggest possible impact on improving health and gain patient access.
