      Job Description:

      The Market Analytics Senior Associate is a member of our agile, high-performance Market Intelligence & Insights (MII) team . The individual has experience in market, customer, competitor, and enterprise data analytics, including mining, generation, and visualization. The ideal candidate is committed to transforming data into readable, goal-driven presentations, reports , and dashboards with actionable insights for continued innovation and business growth . Collaborating with colleagues, this individual will rapidly prototype market, competitive , and buyer insights & analytics that empower material growth strategies at an enterprise, business unit, industry, and service offering level. This role reports to the MII Assistant Director .

      Responsibilities: Execute intelligence & insights Initiatives

      • Work closely with the MII Assistant director and other team members to develop insights that enable data-driven decision-making

      • Perform data analysis on different data sources, consolidate multiple datasets , and analyze the data to identify key insights and trends

      • Translate data into clear, concise, and impactful visualizations and presentations

      • Communicate findings to our internal stakeholders with a compelling story, powerful visualizations , and fact-based recommendations

      • Document data sources, report/query logic , and methodologies

      Qualifications

      • Bachelor's degree in Data & Analytics, Marketing, Business or related field

      • 2 + years’ experience with customer, market , and competitive data, analysis, integration, and visualization projects

      • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint

      • Tableau and/or Power BI knowledge to perform complex operation s; familiarity working with a data warehouse is a plus

      • Strong experience with storytelling with data (e.g., building slides in PowerPoint based on data)

      • Naturally curious mind and desire to solve business problems with data

      • Flexibility to quickly shift focus to support priority projects

      • Demonstrates critical thinking and is highly detail - oriented

      • Excels at collaborating with team members and stakeholders virtually

      • Outstanding client service skills: responsive, proactive, empathetic , and professional

      • Exceptional written and oral communication skills
