- Observe and record fueling traffic and associated users
- Research, identify, and record service offering variables
- Develop efficient methods of data collection
- Utilization of manual and multiple technical equipment (laptop, cell phone, ipad, etc.) to input and organize data gathered
- Clear and constant communication between multiple departments within Kwik Trip
- Travelling throughout Kwik Trip’s operating states with focus in the region of location; with over-night stays.
- Ability to find success in a changing environment
- Willingness to be on the road 2-3 nights per week
- Self-starter with high level of self-confidence and drive
- Ability to represent and promote Kwik Trip, Inc. in a professional manner
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Demonstrate self-initiative
- Ability to work independently or in a team environment
- Accurate/detail oriented
- Ability to multitask
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite
- Strong time management/organizational skills
- Possess strong typing and data entry skills
- Possess a valid driver’s license with a good driving record
- Candidate must currently reside in, or be willing to relocate to the Green Bay, WI area market.

Pay Range: $16.32 to $22.08Actual pay will be based on various factors, such as a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, proficiency for the role, and internal equity. In addition to base pay, Kwik Trip gives 40% of pre-tax profits back to our coworkers with bonuses ranging from 8-12% of each coworker’s gross annual wage depending on company profitability and offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, 401k, paid time off, and more.
Kwik Trip, Inc.'s Petroleum Division services our 800+ convenience store locations in Wisconsin, Minnesota, Michigan, Iowa, Illinois, and South Dakota. We are looking for a highly motivated, hard-working, and change orientated support coworker. The primary focus of the Market Coordinator position will be assisting the various departments at Kwik Trip by spending time in each market gathering and analyzing vital information. This position does have the opportunity for growth in a diverse number of departments with the company.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Work Schedule: Typically, Mon-Thur but it can be variable. Traveling to site destinations with over-night stays.
Full time: Min: 38-40+ hours
