      Job Description:
      This job is responsible for analyzing the day-to-day issues, researching, and providing resolution for various issues identified within a business unit. Key responsibilities include supporting defined procedures, routine analytics, and creating reports and completing exception processing.

      Responsibilities:

      • Assists with coordination of implementation for products, services, and operational solutions
      • Supports the design, documentation, implementation, and monitoring of new products and services
      • Provides guidance regarding procedural, technical, and operational changes
      • Expands business products knowledge within operations environment
      • Builds network by developing relationships with partners and teammates
      • Inspects data to identify issues and trends
      • Collects and interprets data to validate operational processes

      Required Qualifications:

      • A minimum of two years recent experience in a BAC financial center, with particular emphasis on operations management
      • Must be able to fulfill role requirements without daily managerial oversight
      • Has the ability to learn and adapt to new information and technology platforms
      • Will follow established processes and guidelines in daily self-directed activities, adhering to all applicable laws and regulations
      • Must be able to travel to any financial center within defined market(s); may need to travel to two different financial centers in the course of a single day
      • Enthusiastic, highly motivated self-starter with strong work ethic, intense focus and attention to detail
      • Must possess strong verbal and written communication skills; including the ability to communicate effectively with partners regarding areas of opportunity identified
      • Must be flexible to work weekends and/or extended hours, as needed

      Desired Qualifications:

      • Bachelor’s degree or business relevant associate degree such as business management, business administration, or finance
      • Experience in the following industries: Consumer banking/financial services, mortgage, or retail
