Job Description
- Req#: 28114
- Conduct vehicle market planning for the North American market.
- Lead the Volume Planning process (5-year strategy) alongside the Product Manager for the attention of the Global Sales Department.
- Play a key role in the Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) process by generating forecast updates. Work closely with the production and logistics departments to ensure proper execution of the plan.
- Provide support for the annual financial exercise and regular updates on volume forecasts to maintain effective financial governance.
- Participate in the sales target setting process to deliver on our commitments.
- Develop, update and publish sales reports. Provide in-depth ad-hoc analyses. Improve processes.
- Prepare sales analyses for presentation to various governance committees. Build a relationship of trust with product management, production, distribution, promotions, marketing, finance and sales to ensure a coherent strategy.
- Work as a team to reduce risks and capture opportunities.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in business, economics, finance, business intelligence or a related field.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and good team spirit.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Great attention to detail, strong logical sense and excellent at managing priorities.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced workplace.
- Strong technical skills, especially with Excel. Knowledge of analytical tools such as SQL and Power BI will be considered an asset but is not required.
- Bilingual fluency in French and English (written and spoken) is required.
