What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collect, input, and analyze client account information to create web-based client business review presentations
- Schedule, track, and monitor project assignments and action items
- Foster sales relationships and gather customer success stories, feedback, and data to enhance business review initiatives
- Measure and evaluate the impact of business reviews on the sales organization
- Provide recommendations and contribute to the growth of the Business Review team
- Collaborate with Taylor Business Units to fulfill presentation requests and provide sales support
What is Required (Qualifications):
- B.A. or B.S. in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in a related field, B2B experience preferred
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze complex data and trends
- Proficiency in Excel/Sheets and PowerPoint/Slides
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Familiarity with research tools and practices in a business setting
- Professional demeanor and ability to handle confidential information
- Project management and cross-functional collaboration experience
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Knowledge of print applications
- Experience in portraying data or information for communication purposes
- Familiarity with SWOT analysis, Five Porter's Forces, and Magic Quadrant
