      Who you are:

      As a Market Research Analytics Supervisor with Frost, you do not shy away from a challenge. You will supervise multiple complex projects to strive to understand correlations between trends and individual behavior. You are a strong leader who encourages teamwork to ensure efficiency and excellence. In this role, you will use your effective communication skills and analytical mindset to present your findings and make recommendations in strategy meetings.       What you’ll do:

      • Supervise multiple complex research projects to measure correlation between market trends and individual behavior

      • Provide effective leadership towards Market Research Analysts to ensure all operational processes are in alignment with established strategies

      • Cultivate strong working relationships with managers in multiple lines of business to enable effective market research collaboration throughout the bank

      • Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the market research team and promote relevant findings and recommendations in strategy meetings

      • Always take action using Integrity, Caring, and Excellence to achieve all-win outcomes

      What you’ll need:

      • Bachelor’s degree preferably in social sciences, business, statistics, or equivalent experience

      • 5+ years of market research or market analytics experience or graduate degree

      • Advanced skill in data visualization and analysis tools such as Qualtrics, Tableau, Python, or SQL

      • Demonstrated experience managing multiple projects and approaching tasks with a customer-centric mindset

      • Proficient in Microsoft computer applications

      • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
