What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Social Sciences, or related disciplines
- Minimum 3 years of experience in quantitative and qualitative research
- Proficiency in using statistical tools such as SPSS, Excel, R, and Looker
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent organizational and communication skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- International experience, especially in Europe
- Confidence in public speaking and presenting research findings
- Experience in the payment, restaurant, retail industry, or SaaS business
- Graduate degree with a focus on research methods or data analytics
- Experience in scaling international products and working with remote/international team members
