Job Description

- MBA (reputed institutes preferred) with minimum 6-8 years of relevant experience, preferably in research.
- Experience with KPO/BPO, consulting firms preferred.
- The candidate is expected to be a self-starter, highly motivated, proactive with an ability to work under tight deadlines and with minimal supervision. Some amount of leadership/people-management/mentoring experience will be an additional advantage.
- The professional also needs to develop research ideas, formulate hypotheses, and validate them, analyse quantitative and qualitative data, synthesize findings, and demonstrate strong business writing acumen and presentation skills.
- Apply established research tools and methodologies/research techniques (e.g. in-depth financial analysis, case studies, and econometrics) to support business decision-making.
- Other basic skills expected are Analytical skills, Ms-Excel, Power point, financial analysis knowledge and good command over written English with excellent communication & interpersonal skills. Strong interests in research is preferred. Any experience with Tableau, R analytics can be a value add.
