      Job summary: Market Segment Leader is a team leader and an individual sales contributor responsible for expanding the CST Solution Suite to Law Firms in an assigned territory and assisting in the scaling of an Outside Sales Team. This position's priority will be to exceed individual sales quotas, while understanding the sales process, becoming an expert in the CST Solution Suite, and gaining insights into the industry. In this role, you will be representing an industry leading organization by becoming an expert in the CST Solution Suite.

      Duties and responsibilities:

      Key Accountabilities - Sales Director
      1. Build rapport and establish working relationships with Sales Team, Marketing, and other CST departments.
      2. Create sales materials and understand solution positioning for the CST Solution Suite.
      3. Assist in the coaching and mentoring of the Outside Sales Team.
      4. Assist in the rolling out of new sales initiatives.
      5. Provide insight and suggestions to improve sale performance and efficiency.
      Sales Key Accountabilities
      1. Establish new relationships, prepare presentations, present, and educate Law Firms on CST's Solution Suite in person and with video conferencing.
      2. Position CST's Solution Suite with Law Firms to become the vendor of choice.
      3. Follow up from Marketing driven leads:
      a. Understand Law Firms' needs for CST.
      b. Confirm participation in CST's solution offering.
      c. Expand current CST footprint.
      4. Develop and maintain an active pipeline that will support achieving sales plan and individual goals
      5. Maintain communications with existing and previous customers to expand sales footprint.
      6. Travel / Participate in Industry Events and Conferences as required to build relationships, generate leads, and represent CST in the market
      7. Maintain an efficient and accurate CRM database, thoroughly documenting all communications and account updates.
      8. Focus on customer satisfaction and foster a relationship built on trust with a goal of developing long-term relationships to create brand loyalty.
      9. Proactively and frequently meet with CST Department leaders to discuss insights/trends in territory
      10. Other duties as assigned by VP, National Sales

      Job requirements:
      · 8-10 years' experience sales and sales management experience
      · Work independently and part of a team
      · Willingness to become an expert in the CST Solution Suite
      Experience in a start up environment
      · Understand or formal training in Sales and Management Methodologies (EOS / Customer Centric Selling / Sandler preferred)
      · Ability to travel - 30% travel required.
      · Must exhibit a hunter mentality, professional demeanor, and high sense of urgency
      · Strong ability to communicate and present a Solution Offering.
      · Strong written & oral communication skills

      · Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing/Sales; another related degree; or the equivalent combination of education and experience.
      · Strong PC knowledge including MS Office, Outlook, and ability to quickly learn systems.
