      Responsibilities

      This position supports our centers in NJ, DE & MD. The individual must reside in NJ.

      The Strategy Advisor is a senior leadership role responsible for driving the strategic direction and growth of the business through market coverage expansion, partnership building, and optimizing referral management. This role will identify and capitalize on market opportunities, fostering valuable partnerships with healthcare providers, and ensuring seamless integration of business development strategies across multiple regions. This position serves as a leader and coach, supporting internal and external teams, guiding them in sales techniques, and fostering cross-functional collaboration and has direct leadership responsibility for the Admissions Director and their functions as well as the External Hospital Liaison Teams.

      Position Highlights
      *Develop people and teams to ensure excellence in execution at all levels. Lead and mentor internal and external business development teams, coaching them on effective sales techniques and promoting a collaborative approach to achieving business objectives. Foster a culture of high performance, accountability, and teamwork.

      *Work closely with regional leaders, patient navigation teams, and post-acute care teams to ensure seamless coordination across functions and markets. Drive cross-market initiatives to address challenges and improve the referral and admission process.

      *Develop and implement strategies to optimize patient referral management, ensuring the efficient and effective handling of team responses to referrals. Enhance the timeliness and accuracy of communication with partners to improve response rates and overall efficiency.

      *Identify opportunities to expand market coverage by developing comprehensive strategies to target new hospitals and facilities. Prioritize key markets and build tailored initiatives that support long-term growth objectives.

      *Build and nurture strategic relationships with Managed Plans, Accountable Care Organizations, healthcare providers, and other key stakeholders to drive collaboration, enhance service offerings, and secure favorable contract terms.


      Qualifications

      *Four-year degree required.

      *Five to 7 years’ experience in the healthcare industry required.

      *Must be willing to travel to support market initiatives and foster relationships with key stakeholders.

      Posted Salary Range

      USD $140,000.00 - USD $180,000.00 /Yr.
