- Help ideate around social media campaigns with a strong focus on heritage months and holidays
- Contribute to YouTube launch plans
- Help organize and recap inclusive marketing strategies especially around DEI and Sustainability initiatives
- Assist in content creation: i.e. help create social reels and videos
- Stay on top of social media trends so the team executes them on a timely basis
- Work with summer interns on their projects and campaigns
- Perform ad hoc projects as assigned
- Additional marketing admin related tasks or research as necessary
- Organize marketing assets and traffic to content manager for content library assigment in real time
- Bonus if experience with Canva to make one sheets etc
- Strong passion for live enterainment, social media and pop culture
- YouTube Experience a plus
- Strong communication skills (written & oral) with attention to detail
- Proven ability to execute multiple projects simultaneously
- Willingness to support a team in a variety of areas
- Excellent time management and organization skills

Position Summary
As a temporary part-tim role, the Marketing Activation Associate,will support the team on special projects in corporate marketing, social media and digital. This role will help organize and recap OVG’s key initiatives in sustainability, diversity, equity & inclusion (DEI), and corporate social impact. Through collaboration with other members of the Marketing Activation team, they will help launch OVG's YouTube channel aiding in content creation, best practices implementation and cross promotional support. Additionally, this role will aid in the expansion of OVG's TikTok channel to help grow our audience leading into tent-pole events.
Throughout the temporary part-time role role, you’ll have the opportunity to touch a variety of marketing functions, including event marketing, website strategy, video content creation among other corporate marketing tasks. You’ll also take part in storytelling initiatives, learning how to plan, conduct, and organize video interviews and social content designed to highlight OVG priorities.
This role is ideal for someone eager to explore multiple facets of the field and build a strong foundation in digital marketing, brand storytelling, and content strategy. This position reports to the Vice President of Marketing.
This role pays an hourly rate of $18.00-$20.00
This is a temporary role is expected to last approximately 4 to 6 weeks
This position will remain open until October 10, 2025.
