      Key Responsibilities:

      Reporting into the Senior Marketing Activations Manager, this role is responsible for flawlessly developing and executing consumer-relevant campaigns, promotions, activations and in-store communication. This role needs to support in maximize the profitability of Own Retail within the North Europe Market by positively impacting Traffic, Conversion, ATV, UPT, Profit Margin, Brand and Experience NPS.

      Store Activation Strategy

      • Support in the yearly marketing activation priorities, KPIs, budget and calendar based on the Global and European activation calendar and toolkits while also leveraging local opportunities (assets, local holidays, heavy tourist periods, product ranges, local sports moments) for adidas own retail stores.
      • To aid physical or digital experiences around campaign launches to give added value, excitement and sharable moments to customers.
      • Proactively share details/successes of campaigns/activations across all internal channels including Yammer, Stadium, Alive

      Social/PR/E-com Collaboration

      • Support the build of store activation content creation plan with the Newsroom & E-com teams, and/or external media partners.
      • Deliver high quality social/PR content to the local, European and global Brand Marketing teams.
      • Anticipate store posts and newsletters in the consistent social media roll-out of the Newsroom, e-com team and Runtastic.
      • Leverage existing communities (e.g. adidas Runners, Women’s Studio, Tango League…), Entertainment and Influence Marketing and Sports Marketing assets to amplify the overall adidas own retail plan.

      Store Connection

      • Collaborate with the adidas own retail Store Management/Team to support a smooth and consistence process for Marketing Activation events.
      • Know all adidas own retail KPI targets and how to achieve them to further support commercial opportunities in the store through activations and events.
      • Proactively support the training of the store staff to a high standard in regard to activations in store.

      VM and Windows:

      • Collaborate with the VM teams to make campaign launches a success.
      • Attend regular store walk through with the Activations Team, Store Managers, VM and Consumer Experience Manager counterparts to ensure a flawless consumer journey.

      • Cluster Retail Back Office and Field Teams (Retail Director, Merchandising, VM, District and Store Managers, Operations, Finance, etc.)
      • Cluster office teams (Brand Marketing, Sports Marketing, Newsroom & EIM, eCom and eCRM, Key City)
      • Retail Marketing agencies and vendors
      • Europe Retail Marketing

      Knowledge, Skills and Abilities :

      • Experienced in being consumer obsessed, putting the consumer journey at the heart of everything to encourage dwell, conversion, engagement and traffic
      • Great attention to detail with event experience
      • Ability multiple task while staying calm under pressure
      • Strong organizational and project management skills.
      • Solid business acumen and in-depth knowledge of Retail KPIs
      • Creative and innovative, being proactive with ideas and always seeking new ways of working
      • Confident nature to bring new ideas to the table and present them to senior stakeholders
      • Passion for sport, the adidas brand and enthusiasm/energy for activation.

      Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:

      • University degree in marketing and sales or equivalent professional experience.
      • 1-3 years retail or marketing experience (minimum 1 year’s retail marketing experience essential)
      • Experience of relevant PR / marketing / events is an advantage.
