      JOB SUMMARY:

      The Marketing Administrator is responsible for providing a broad range of administrative support to the Department. The role requires excellent writing/proofreading skills, MS Office experience, enthusiasm, creativity, and an ability to multi-task. The Marketing Administrator will coordinate with multiple internal departments for various marketing projects and assist with production schedules to ensure deadlines are met.

      PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

      • Provide administrative support to the Marketing department
      • Provide coverage for the administrative team by covering the reception desk, answering the phones and helping with the daily mail
      • Coordinate across teams and assist with development, creative, proofing, production, and tracking of marketing projects and ensure deadlines are met
      • Collect marketing supplies for various departments
      • Provide assistance and/or back up in the mailroom
      • Assist with updating website content
      • Compose and edit Word documents, PowerPoint, and Excel spreadsheets
      • Perform other duties as assigned

      • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
      • Ability to multi-task
      • Provide high quality, detailed oriented work in a timely fashion.
      • Ability to communicate across various functions, while maintain confidentiality
      • Outstanding communication (written and verbal) skills, including presentation and creative design
      • Required to be in the office 4-5 days a week

      Education and Experience:

      Education

      Required : High School Diploma or Equivalent

      Preferred : Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree

      Type of Experience

      Required : 1+ years relevant work experience

      Specific Technical Skills

      Preferred : High level of proficiency with MS Office software (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
