      The Marketing Analyst plays a pivotal role in evaluating the effectiveness of marketing strategies and campaigns, providing actionable insights to drive data-informed decision-making across Ebenezer Senior Living communities. Reporting to the Digital Markring Director , this role is responsible for analyzing marketing performance metrics, producing regular reports for leadership and ownership, and ensuring that campaigns align with organizational goals and deliver measurable results.

      Responsibilities

      • Collect, analyze, and interpret data from multiple marketing channels, including digital advertising, Search Engine Optimization (SEO), social media, email campaigns, and community-specific initiatives.

      • Generate regular and ad-hoc reports to assess campaign performance, track KPIs, and provide actionable insights for marketing adjustments.

      • Collaborate with team members to integrate data findings into marketing plans and strategies.

      • Design and manage dashboards and push-reporting systems for leadership, ownership groups, and community stakeholders.

      • Identify trends, opportunities, and areas of improvement to optimize marketing efforts and increase ROI.

      • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform strategic decisions and benchmark performance.

      • Ensure the accuracy and reliability of all data, reporting, and analytics.

      • Stay informed of emerging tools, technologies, and best practices in marketing analytics and data visualization.

      Required Qualifications:

      • Bachelor's Degree: Marketing, Communications, or Business
      • Three or more years experience
      • Ability to use technology in the form of computers, hand held devices, and cell phone .
      • MS Office, SharePoint, Project Management Tools

      Preferred Qualifications:

      • Advanced Degree

      Compensation Disclaimer

      The posted pay range is for a 40-hour workweek (1.0 FTE). The actual rate of pay offered within this range may depend on several factors, such as FTE, skills, knowledge, relevant education, experience, and market conditions. Additionally, our organization values pay equity and considers the internal equity of our team when making any offer. Hiring at the maximum of the range is not typical.
