- Collaborate with marketing teams and internal teams to strategically plan and execute campaigns and activities
- Maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure deadlines and objectives are met
- Gather and analyze data to establish annual Marketing department budget
- Assist with budget management and tracking on marketing-related projects and initiatives
- Contribute to the development and management of media, advertising, sponsorships, and/or multi-cultural strategies
- Monitor and report on campaign performance and analyze data to optimize results
- Analyze marketing trends, products, services, and technologies to maintain competitiveness
- Collaborate with department staff to execute strategic goals related to public relations, advertising, sponsorships and/or multi-cultural banking
- Conduct various types of analyses to enhance marketing efficiency and provide actionable recommendations to key stakeholders
- Build strong relationships with key cross-organizational stakeholders to help build a cohesive approach to Marketing’s growth target
- Work as a liaison between vendors, project sponsors, and project teams to facilitate effective project management
- Provide key direction and decisions on select marketing campaigns. Create and execute marketing campaign plans and revise as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements
- Perform other duties and projects as assigned
- Understand and comply with all provisions of the Safety in the Workplace policy
- Typically requires a bachelor's degree in related field and a minimum of 2 years of related experience.
- A combination of post-high school education, job related certification and related experience equivalent to 5 years may be considered in lieu of minimum requirements
- Extensive experience in advertising, sponsorships or multi-cultural marketing
- Agency experience
- Advanced Microsoft Office Skills
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud suite, specifically Photoshop and InDesign
- Strong time-management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Advanced project management skills
- Excellent relationship management and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Advanced quantitative and qualitative analysis skills
- Ability to mentor junior staff
- Solid understanding of traditional and digital media
- Frequently remains stationary throughout a typical business day
- Frequently operates a computer and other office machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine, and computer printer
- Occasiona,lly moves about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, and other rooms
- Occasionally positions self to access drawers and shelves of various heights
- Frequently reaches for and handles paperwork and files
- Constantly communicates with customers, coworkers, and management in-person and on the phone
- Must be able to exchange accurate information

A Brief Overview
The Marketing Analyst will collaborate with marketing teams and internal teams to execute marketing activities and help manage the execution of select campaigns. The Marketing Analyst will research and analyze marketing trends, products, services, and technologies to help inform strategies. They will also measure the impact of cross-channel marketing efforts, and make proactive recommendations to improve performance. The Analyst will understand and apply the FirstBank brand guidelines and standards throughout all projects and promote a brand-minded organizational culture.
