Job Description

- Daily and weekly coordination and execution routines with agencies (creative- media- market research- suppliers)
- Daily and weekly relationship routines- coordination and execution of campaigns and brand strategies with different areas of the company
- Responsible for the internal communication of the different marketing activities.
- Weekly and monthly routines with the trade marketing and food service team for a correct execution of the programs.
- Support with requests for promotional material or activities of the finance teams.
- Responsible for the creation of purchase orders- monitoring and receipt of invoices for the different marketing and innovation activities.
- Reviews and daily control of Marketing investments that include relationship and participation in meetings with finance and other areas of the company. Lead the control of expenses- payments to suppliers- creation of new suppliers- tenders
- Daily- weekly and monthly review routine for social media posts- reports- content planning- among others.
- Monthly routine in conjunction with the ecommerce team to carry out commercial activations or downloads of brand campaigns on supermarket pages and last thousands.
- Graduated in business administration- marketing or any related.
- Ability to communicate- work independently and organized.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs (advanced Excel)
- 2 year of experience in marketing or branding
- Advanced English – Please note that part of your first interview will be conducted in English
Job Description
Support the branding building area of South America with the execution of the communication of campaigns (off and on) and point of sale (trade and btl) following the alignments of global and regional branding including the management of agencies and suppliers. Lead the Food Service programs and the digital transformation of social networks- ecommerce and web pages. Last- in charge of the control of our annual marketing budget.
