What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead the analytical component of the annual marketing planning process, including investment sizing and spend allocation modeling
- Develop and maintain monthly marketing performance forecasts tied to sales, loyalty engagement, and campaign results
- Partner with Finance to align marketing plans with corporate financial targets
- Own a prioritized test-and-learn roadmap that aligns with business priorities and media planning
- Create executive-ready reporting that communicates variances and insights to leadership
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Data Science, Statistics, Economics, or a related field
- 5-7 years of experience in marketing analytics, retail analytics, or data-driven marketing roles
- Proven experience with forecasting models, media mix modeling, and incrementality measurement
- Strong background in data visualization tools and marketing data platforms
- Excellent analytical and critical-thinking skills

- Strong communication and presentation skills for non-technical audiences
- Deep curiosity for consumer behavior and retail trends
