Assist with vision for customer and advisor data mart to drive advanced analytics in customer segmentation and advisor segmentation
Support Marketing customer data vision and build data infrastructure to scale book of business analysis and advanced customer analytics.
Support and drive innovative AI capabilities to discover and implement marketing and sales opportunities to drive ROI and MassMutual's competitive advantage.
Deliver concise, clear and actionable presentations to decision makers
Communicate data in a storytelling format, engage your audience and influence them to take actions
Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Analytics, Applied Mathematics or Engineering
At least 1+ years of professional experience or master's level coursework focused in the following areas Data warehousing, AI, ML, and/or coding using Python language
Master’s degree in data science, Analytics, Applied Mathematics or Engineering with at least 5 years’ experience working in both insurance and financial industry.
1+ years of experience in the areas of ETL/Data warehousing, analytics or analytical data engineering.
Highly experienced with SQL, R and python.
Experience working in Jira environment, team sharing tools as well as code repositories such as Confluence, Bitbucket, Github
Proven AI experience in building actionable or customized applications to drive business result.
Proven AI prompting experience, familiar with multiple AI solutions.
Proven experience with complex machine learning algorithm, strong story telling skills to deliver actionable insights.
Ability to drive and manage project roadmaps in alignment with business stakeholders. Strong storytelling skills to convey complex data insights effectively.

The Opportunity
As the Marketing analytics developer, you will design and implement data strategies to enhance Marketing and Sales efficiency. You will develop insights and visions to support advanced analytics for targeted marketing and improved customer and advisor experience. You will collaborate with a team to create proactive and innovative solutions using advanced technology and AI capabilities to generate actionable insights.
The Team
This position is under the Data Foundation & Journey Analytics team, which acts as the liaison between marketing and enterprise data/IT teams. The team is part of the Marketing Analytics and Customer Insights group, which aims to drive growth and opportunities across the organization with brand analytics, marketing technology, insights and customer engagement.

Salary Range:
$88,300.00-$115,900.00At MassMutual, we focus on ensuring fair equitable pay, by providing competitive salaries, along with incentive and bonus opportunities for all employees.
