      Job Summary

To continue growing our 4 million+ customer base, we are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic self-starter to join the Marketing Analytics Team.

      The Marketing Analytics Jr Analyst is responsible for developing, updating and delivering timely and actionable reports and insights derived from Marketing and Business performance data. Insights and analysis will be used for strategic decision making and business improvement across all levels. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and analyzing reports to support performance monitoring and optimization. They will collaborate across various business functions to gain insights into key business drivers.

      This role will report to the Director of Marketing Analytics and will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, partners and service providers, and will focus on Campaign monitoring and performance. This position will be based in Scottsdale, AZ.

      Essential Duties and Responsibilities

      • Define, develop, automate and produce comprehensive weekly campaign reporting that will be socialized across the organization
      • Proactively identify performance trends around what’s working, what’s not and areas of opportunity
      • Gather, analyze and report on data from multiple sources such as forecasts, individual channel managers, Power BI, Azure, SQL Data Warehouse, etc.
      • Collaboratively Create, develop and measure channel and campaign test plans
      • Identify, monitor and report on emerging trends, external marketing factors, competitive landscape and business opportunities.
      • Provide historical, current and trended views of marketing metrics to key stakeholders.
      • Proactively address and solve reporting deficiencies and ensure accurate reporting.
      • Works closely with software developers and data analysis teams to support and/or create tools that provide precision media results and accuracy.

      Required Experience
      To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to execute each essential duty. The qualifications listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

      • Bachelor’s degree in Math, Computer Science, Statistics, Marketing, Business, Finance, or similar discipline required
      • Minimum 0-1 years of experience with marketing analytics or similar analytical role (statistical modeling, forecasting, financial metric development and reporting)
      • Knowledge of marketing acquisition through various marketing channels, utilizing metrics across the path to purchase including content engagement, visitors, calls, traffic, conversions
      • Proven abilities to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization, with both verbal and written interpersonal skills
      • Expert user of Microsoft Office applications, Microsoft Excel expertise, proficiency in business intelligence platforms (Power BI, Tableau, Data Sheets, etc)
      • Ability to synthesize data from disparate sources to reach conclusions and drive actions
      • Experience with analytics tools such as SQL, Python or R along with Data Visualization skills
      • Ability to multi-task in a high volume work environment and meet multiple deadlines
      • Excellent attention to detail with strong organizational and project management skills
      • A self-starter with strong interpersonal communication skills and the ability to work and stay connected with various internal and external cross-functional teams
      • Excellent oral and written communication skills
