      As the Communications & Marketing Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in individuals' lives, making a significant impact through:

      • Offer administrative support to projects and in-house teams. (e.g. department archival, photo release management, press clippings)
      • Research, drafting/writing and editing communications content for distribution. (e.g. publications, social media posts)
      • Help maintain web content and implementation of social media strategies including managing and growing social media platforms
      • Regularly collect data, prepare reports/presentations and evaluate the status of the organization’s public image. Lend support when needed to development and fundraising department efforts
      • Help the team develop public relations and promotional items including the creation and distribution of marketing materials
      • Assists with photo and video creation and editing as needed
      • Collaborates with agency stakeholders to develop engaging copy and stories that drive a desired action

      Communications & Marketing Assistant Minimum Salary: $ 19

      Communications & Marketing Assistant Maximum Salary: $ 22

      Communications & Marketing Assistant Schedule: M-F (35 Hours)

      • Occasional weekends and nights


      Qualifications:

      • Associate's degree
      • 1-3 years of experience
