Job Description

- Support the development and execution of marketing and communications campaigns for ASCO Meetings.
- Draft all direct mail production and promotional timelines for meetings campaigns and tactics.
- Provide coordination and support for content execution and delivery including emails and other digital marketing collateral materials.
- Execute email and digital marketing content and delivery including the coordination, scheduling, and building of e-mail campaigns and collection of data for real time and post-campaign reporting.
- Develop engaging biweekly content for ASCO publications, including flagship member communications.
- Coordinate the design and production of marketing materials, including print and digital ads, presentations, banners, backgrounds, etc.
- Manage video production by coordinating outreach, script writing, transcripts, and collaboration with vendors.
- Assist in internal house ad management monthly and submit promotional materials for ASCO booths on a quarterly basis.
- Draft and submit website carousels for various campaigns several times per quarter.
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in a marketing or communications-related field or equivalent years of experience
- 2+ years of related program coordination experience, preferably in the marketing or communications field
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
- Marketing and/or Communications-related experience within the healthcare industry
- Experience in any of the following platforms: Canva, Adobe Campaign, Adobe Analytics, Taxi, Litmus, Claravine
- Strong communication skills, including written, with attention to detail
- Strong time management skills with ability to meet deadlines, prioritize, and multi-task
- Ability to work well both independently and collaboratively in teams
- Strong interpersonal skills with a strong focus on customer service skills
- Ability to maintain high standards in fast-paced environment despite schedule pressures and project challenges
- Flexible and open to change with ability to adjust priorities and adapt to new or changing circumstances
- Self-managed with ability to deliver on commitments and take responsibility for own actions
- Strong coordination skills with ability to work with others to address interdependencies of projects and tasks
