Essential Functions and Primary Duties

• Assist in the preparation and production of marketing materials
• Assist in the creation of client materials, emails, presentations, etc.
• Conduct market analysis and research
• Provide support to social media efforts, including messaging and engagement analytics
• Input data into the appropriate software for vendors/carriers/clients
• Execute administrative duties as assigned
• Gain an understanding of the retirement and investment advisory industry
• Willing to work in a team environment Other responsibilities as assigned

Preferred Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree with an interest in Marketing and/or Business
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Publisher, PowerPoint and Excel)
• Ability to quickly adapt to changing priorities and organize tasks accordingly
• Some graphic design experience and proficiency in graphic design tools (InDesign, Illustrator, Canva, etc.)
• Must be organized with strong attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality work
• Ability to problem solve and excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• In pursuit of a bachelor’s degree in marketing, journalism, communications, etc.
