      Qualifications –License, Education and/or Experience Required:
      • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
      • Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to create compelling, clear, and concise content for different audiences and platforms.
      • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media management, email marketing, content management systems, and analytics software.
      • Knowledge of graphic design principles and experience with design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
      • Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
      • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and build positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
      • Knowledge of video production and experience with software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
      • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach to identifying opportunities and overcoming challenges.

      Essential Functions:
      1. Assist in the development and implementation of marketing plans and campaigns to promote Community Hospital’s services, specialty programs, and community events, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and target audiences.
      2. Create compelling content for various marketing channels, both internally and externally, including the Community Hospital website, social media platforms, email newsletters, brochures, flyers, and other promotional materials.
      3. Support the management of Community Hospital's social media presence, including content scheduling, community engagement, and monitoring for trends and opportunities.
      4. Coordinate the production of marketing materials and collateral, working closely with graphic designers, printers, and other vendors to ensure high-quality output and adherence to brand guidelines.

      5. Assist in planning and executing Community Hospital events, seminars, workshops, and health fairs, including logistical coordination, promotional activities, and post-event evaluation.
      6. Collaborate with internal departments, including clinical teams, administration, and patient services, to identify marketing needs, gather content, and ensure consistency in messaging and branding.
      7. Monitor and analyze marketing metrics, including website traffic, social media engagement, email performance, and campaign effectiveness, to evaluate ROI and identify areas for improvement.
      8. Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies in healthcare marketing to inform strategic decision-making and maintain a competitive edge.
      9. Assist with media relations activities, including drafting press releases, pitching story ideas, and coordinating interviews and media appearances.
      10. Provide administrative support to the marketing team, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, tracking expenses, and maintaining marketing databases and contact lists.

      This position's hiring pay range is: $27.00 - $31.05 per hour, depending on education and experience.

      Discretionary bonuses, relocation expenses, merit increases, market adjustments, recognition bonuses and other forms of discretionary compensation may be paid to eligible employees based upon organizational and individual performance.
